You can visit our offices by exiting Cannon Road West off the Interstate 5 Freeway in Carlsbad and turning south on Avenida Encinas. Our office is conveniently located one block down on the left. Office hours are weekdays from 9am until 5pm.

Warranty Service

Ord & Rodgers Homes takes full responsibility in addressing construction related problems within the scope of the owner’s warranty policy. If you are experiencing a problem with your home, please fill-out and send the form below to our Customer Service Department or call us at 760-438-1588.

Many home service issues are addressed on our Customer Service page. You should also refer to your Homeowners Manual and Warranty. A copy is available online. Service calls are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am until 3pm.
